How do I book my party?

How much do I pay up front?
A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at time of booking.
The remaining amount is due 5 days prior to party date and will be billed to the original payment method.
If your party is not paid in full 5 days prior to your party date your party will be canceled and deposit will not be refunded.
If booking within two weeks of party date the entire amount of the party is due at time of booking.
What else do I have to submit for my party?
A service waiver must be signed and submitted with application.
What party times can I choose from?
Monday through Thursday - 11am, 1:30pm, 4pm
Friday - 11am, 1:30pm, 4pm, 6:30pm
Saturday - 11am, 1:30pm, 4pm, 6:30pm
Closed - Sunday
Time exceptions may be made for Sleepovers Bookings
What if there is bad weather?
If weather conditions are unfavorable (ie. hurricane, sleet, snow, etc), you are allowed one raincheck day, no refunds will be given.
What happens after I book my party?
You will receive a confirmation email and a call from our Intake Coordinator to confirm the details of your party and answer any questions you may have.
What else should I know?
Upon booking I give the unrestricted right and permission to use, publish, and reproduce any pictures, recordings, or any other record of my party without restriction as to changes or transformations in image or sound. Uses include those made through any and all media, now or in the future for any other purposes whatsoever.
Day of Party
What should I do the day of the party?
Please be awaiting arrival at a visible place to meet the party leaders.
Promptly direct them to their designated setup area.
Complete our post party survey.
What happens if participants are late?
Late participants that arrive will be able to join the party at whatever point the party has progressed to.
Parties will not begin until the birthday girl is present. If the birthday girl is late the party will begin when she arrives and be shaved down to end at its proper time, so please be on time.
No price adjustments will be given.
What if my guests don't show up?
Majesty Modeling is not responsible for refunding any amount of money due to party participant no-show
Can I get a refund?
Yes. The amount refunded will be party amount paid less the non-refundable deposit if refund is requested greater than 5 days.
No refund for cancellations will be given within 72 hours of party date and time.
The full amount of your party is due 5 days prior to the party. If full amount has not been submitted the party will be cancelled.
If party hosts get to the party and have a safety concern, the party can be refunded less the deposit or rescheduled for a different location at a later date.
Can I step out during the party?
A parent, guardian, or responsible party 18 years or older must remain at the party at all times.
What if a participant is misbehaving?
Majesty Modeling LLC is not childcare. We instill values into our girls but it is the parent or guardian's responsibility to discipline and address outlandish behavior that disrupts the party.
What about my pet?
Pets should be put away during party.
Certain accessories typically shed and Majesty Modeling LLC is not responsible for all clean up. Having a broom or vacuum handy afterwards may be useful.
Covid 19 Disclosure
We are still in a pandemic so we are limiting indoor party sizes to up to 6 kids and outdoor party sizes to up to 10 kids. Social distancing must be practiced and face coverings worn over nose and mouth must be worn at all times to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Our representatives will need to conduct a screening prior to entering the home or facility.
